Truelik® Full Service Programme

Riverina Truelik® Pasture Supplement provides a comprehensive profile of protein, energy, vitamins and minerals that will supply additional nutrients to cattle, and help maximise the nutrition of the entire herd.

Truelik® will work on both green and dry pastures when there is leaf matter still present and pastures are abundant. When pastures become stalky contact your Top View Rural agent, or a Riverina representative.

Please read the warnings and precautions before using this product.

Features

  • Truelik® contains nutrients like phosphorus, copper, selenium and cobalt, that are often limited in pastures.
  • Truelik® is molasses-based and uses suspension technology which improves the uptake by evenly spreading the additivies throught the supplement.
  • Truelik® consumption is controlled using the "sweet and sour" method. By blending sweet and sour mixes together palatibility is regulated which can either encourage or limit uptake.
  • Truelik® contains FLAVECO™ which supplies 20mg/kg of Flavophospholipol for the improvement of productivity in cattle by stimulating feed conversion and thus growth rate efficiency. FLAVECO™ works by balancing the bacterial population in the rumen.

Why use Truelik® pasture supplement?

Soil types in many parts of southern Queensland and northern New South Wales are inherently low in major minerals and trace elements such as phosphorus, copper, selenium and cobalt. Even during a good season in these areas native and improved pastures can have low levels of some or all of these minerals. As pastures mature their digestibility decreases and the mineral availability also decreases.

Many minerals are a prerequisite for cattle fertility traits including:

  • cycling
  • semen quality
  • conception
  • gestation
  • ease of calving

Limiting nutrients can effect production

Identification of your limiting minerals is important, as short falls in these minerals can create production constraints which may compromise fertility in beef and dairy cattle productivity. Be aware that it is possible to have nutrients in excess.

Supplementing breeding and growing cattle on pasture helps balance the total diet, which can assist with:

  • better forage utilisation, especially on dry leafy pasture
  • improved animal health
  • improved cycling
  • improved body condition at the time of calving
  • better conception rates
  • healthier calves
  • improved growth rates on leafy pastures.

Some other advantages of using Truelik® pasture supplement:

  • Truelik® is formulated for all seasons
  • hassle free service programme
  • cost effective
  • excellent for backgrounding cattle for feedlots.

Important! Read before use.
